For instructions on how to add a Building Page weblet to your myRealPage website, this article has been divided into the following sections:




• Initial Log in and Navigation •

1 - Log in to Private Office:

  • A. Enter the URL private-office.myrealpage.com
  • B. Enter your username (the email address you used when signing up).
  • C. Enter your password (which you chose during the sign-up process).
  • D. Click Login.


2 - From the Dashboard:

  • A. Click the Website tab.
  • B. Click All Web Pages.



3 - From the Web Pages section:

  • A. Locate the page you want to add your listings to from the list of pages on your site. Hover your mouse pointer over it until a submenu pops up. 
  • B. Click on the Page Editor link in the pop-up.



4 - Adding a new section to the page:

  • A. You can click the + buttons on the side of the Edit button to add a weblet above or below that current weblet.
  • B. You can also click the +Add content here button to add a weblet in that position.



5 - In the Adding Content pop up:

  • A. Click on the Show all available weblets... button.



6 - From The Select a Weblet window:

  • A. In the search box located on the upper right corner of the pop-up, start typing: "Building Page"
  • B. Results will appear below the search box. Click the Building Page box.

• Searching for the Building Using the Strata Number •

7a - In The Building Page Weblet

  • A. Type in the a postal/ZIP code.
  • B. Click the Skip button to skip the address auto-find. 
  • C. Click the button labeled Skip, I will use the building's strata number to search using strata numbers instead.
  • D. Tick the check the box for the building you are featuring.
  • E. Enter the building's full address that will be displayed on your website.
  • F. Click OK.

• Searching for the Building Using the Full Address •

7b - In The Building Page Weblet:

  • A. Enter the building's ZIP Code.
  • B. Click on the Find button. 
  • C. Locate the building's address in the available addresses box. Select it, and the Full Building Address field will auto-fill.
  • D. Click on the OK button.
  • You will be taken to the Building Page's Basic Info tab, where you can start filling in Basic Info and other details. Click here for a guide on the Basic Info Tab.

For better results, it is recommended that you go through all the details tabs, and try to provide as much information as possible about the Building.



• Filling In The Details •

8 - Basic Info Tab:

  • A. Click on the Basic Info tab.
  • B. Enter the building name. Please note that this will also be used as the page title.
  • C. Edit the full address. This will be displayed on your site.
  • D. (Optional) If you need to go back, click on the Change Building Address(es) link to manually change building address. This will take you to the Listings Tab.
  • E. (Optional) If you need to go back, click on the Enter Strata Number for searches link to switch to a Strata search. This will take you to the Listings Tab.
  • F. Enter your custom building description in the space provided.
  • G. Enter a list summary. This is for displaying additional information about this building when it appears in a List view, when multiple buildings are displayed in a row.
  • H. Add a main photo for the building. You can choose an image that has been previously uploaded to your Web-Drive, or upload a new photo. If your image hasn't been uploaded yet, click here for instructions on how to upload files to your Web-Drive.
  • I. Add/edit quick facts about the building. You can remove lines you don't need by clicking [X] beside it.
  • J. You can add lines by clicking +Add Another
  • K. Choose to show or hide social media sharing links.
  • L. Click on the Save Weblet button.

• Filling In The Details •

9 - Listings Tab:

  • A. Click on the Listings tab.
  • B. Add a Listing Section title.
  • C. Choose to show or hide the VOW Sign Up/Log In links.
  • D. Choose how you want your listings to be populated, via address or via strata.
  • E. (Optional) After entering an address or strata number, and the building is found, click the Preview Listings button to check your listings.
  • F. (Optional) You can remove the current address if it is incorrect.
  • G. Add an address if desired. This will take you back to the Search by Address window.
  • H. Click on the Save Weblet button when you're done making changes.

• Filling In The Details •

10 - Photos Tab:

  • A. Click the on the Photos tab.
  • B. Choose to upload images from your computer to your Web-Drive by clicking on the UPLOAD Photos... button. If your images haven't been uploaded yet, click here for instructions on how to upload files to your Web-Drive. OR
  • C. Choose to use images that are already in your Web-Drive by clicking on the ADD from Web-Drive button.
  • D. After your photos have been added, click on the Save Weblet button.

• Filling In The Details •

11 - Documents / Video / Media Tab:

  • A. Click on the Documents | Videos | Media tab.
  • B. Give this section a unique name. (For example, "Info Pack")
  • C. Choose to upload files and documents from your computer to your Web-Drive by clicking on the UPLOAD a document link. If your files haven't been uploaded yet, click here for instructions on how to upload files to your Web-Drive. OR 
  • D. Choose to use files and documents that are already in your Web-Drive by clicking on the ADD from Web-Drive link.
  • E. To add a video that you have previously uploaded to your YouTube account, click on the Pick from YouTube link. This will prompt you to link your YouTube account to your Private Office account, and allow you to browse through your YouTube videos and select them to be added to your Building Page. 
  • F. Give the video a custom title
  • G. In case you are using a video hosted on other sites, use this space to add an embed code for the external video. (e.g., YouTube, DailyMotion, etc.)
  • H. Click on the -Remove link to remove a media item.
  • I. Click the +Add new video/media link to add a new media item (for example, if you have multiple videos you want to feature).
  • J. Once you're done, click on the Save weblet button.

• Filling In The Details •

12 - Maps Tab:

  • A. Click on the Maps tab.
  • B. (Optional) Check this box to hide the Google Map.
  • C. Use these options to move, draw on, drop a pin, and/or delete markers you've placed on the map.
  • D. (Optional) Choose Yes from the drop down menu to show your pinned location (the building) in the center of your map.
  • E. (Optional) Add custom text to be displayed when visitors move to your pinned map location. 
  • F. Choose to show or hide local amenities on the map
  • G. This option will show or hide the street arrows on the Google StreetView option.
  • H. (Optional) Check this box to hide the WalkScore.
  • I. Choose the layout of the WalkScore when it is viewed by site visitors.
  • J. Once you're done, click on the Save Weblet button.
