1 - Log in to Private Office:

  • A. Enter the URL private-office.myrealpage.com
  • B. Enter your username (the email address you used when signing up).
  • C. Enter your password (which you chose during the sign-up process).
  • D. Click Login.



2 - From the Dashboard:

  • A. Click the Website tab.
  • B. Click All Web Pages.



3 - From the Web Pages list:

  • A. Locate the page you want to add  the RSS feed to.
  • B. Click on Page Editor.



4 - Locate the snippets weblet:

  • A. Once you've located the Snippets weblet, click on the Edit This button.



5 - Inside the snippets weblet:

  • A. You can enter a custom title for the whole set of Snippets.
  • B. Choose the heading type and size.
  • C. Choose how many columns the snippets will be displayed as. You can choose from 1 to 4 columns.
  • D. Choose how many rows the snippets will be displayed as. You can choose from 1 to 10 rows.
  • E. Choose whether the snippets will be displayed horizontally or vertically.
  • F. Select between three styles for the Snippets.
  • G. You can use the "grip bars" to re-order the Snippets. Simply click and hold your mouse pointer on the dotted area on the left, and drag your mouse to reposition the snippets.
  • H. Deletes a selected snippet.
  • I. Edits a selected snippet.
  • J. Adds a new snippet to the set.



6 - Editing an Individual Snippet:

  • A. Choose whether this particular snippet will be displayed or not on your site.
  • B. Enter a custom title for the individual snippet.
  • C. (Optional) Choose an image from your Web-Drive to be included in the snippet. If your image hasn't been uploaded yet, click here for instructions on how to upload files to your Web-Drive.
  • D. (Optional) Select a web link to be added to the snippet.
  • E. (Optional) Add a custom label for the web link to be added to the snippet.
  • F. (Optional) Add a short description or accompanying text for the snippet.
  • G. Once you're done, click on the OK button.



7 - Saving:

  • A. Once you're done editing snippets, click on the Save Weblet button.
