1 - Log in to Private Office:

  • A. Enter the URL private-office.myrealpage.com
  • B. Enter your username (the email address you used when signing up).
  • C. Enter your password (which you chose during the sign-up process).
  • D. Click Login.


2 - From the dashboard:

  • A. Click on the Website tab.
  • B. Click on the Blog Center icon.




From here you can choose to:



• Editing a Blog Post •

3a - From the Blog Posts page:

  • A. Locate the blog post you want to edit, and click the Edit Post link underneath it.



4a - In the Blog Post Editor:

  • A. Make edits to your blog post in the text editor.
  • B. Once you're satisfied with your blog post edits, click on the Publish button.
  • C. While editing, you can click on the View Online button to check how the latest saved or published version of your blog post looks.
  • D. Click on the Return to Posts button to return to the list of your blog posts.

• Saving a Blog Post as a Draft •

3b - From the Blog Posts page:

  • A. Locate the blog post you want to edit, and click the Edit Post link underneath it.



4b - In the Blog Post Editor

  • A. Make edits to your blog post in the text editor.
  • B. If you are not ready to publish your changes, select Draft from the Status drop down menu.
  • C. Click on the Save as Draft button. Please note that this effectively unpublishes the blog post (it cannot be viewed publicly until it is published again).

• Publishing a Blog Post Draft •

3c - From the Blog Posts page:

  • A. Click on the Drafts tab.
  • B. Locate the blog post you want to edit, and click the Edit Post link underneath it.



4c - In the Blog Post Editor

  • A. Make edits to your blog post in the text editor, if needed.
  • B. If you are ready to publish your changes, select Published from the Status drop down menu.
  • C. Click on the Publish button. Your blog post is now publicly viewable.

• Unpublishing a Blog Post •

3d - From the Blog Posts Page:

If you need to make corrections to a blog post that has already been posted, but cannot make the necessary edits right away, you can choose to unpublish your blog post for the meantime.


  • A. Locate the blog post that you want to unpublish, and click on the Unpublish link underneath it.



4d - Confirmation Pop Up:


  • A. A pop-up will appear, asking you to confirm if you want to unpublish your post. Click on the Yes, unpublish blog post button. Your post will then be unpublished and will now become a draft.
